As we join our favorite cuddly friends, Winnine the Pooh, Piglet, Owl, Kanga, Roo, Rabbit, and the ever-exuberant Tigger, the whole gang is busy preparing a suitable winter home for the delightfully dismal donkey, Eeyore. Everyone's helping except Tigger, whose boisterous bouncing interrupts their efforts. When Rabbit suggests Tigger should go find other tiggers to bounce with, the notion seems absurd because he thinks he's the only one. But is he?
